Day 5: Wildebeest Migration River Crossing

Day 6: Northern Serengeti National Park To The Central Serengeti

Day 2: Arusha To Tarangire National Park
Tarangire River’s banks and is mostly made up of low-lying hills on the Great Rift Valley floor. The park’s natural vegetation is dominated by Acacia woodlands and massive Baobab trees, with vast swamp areas in the south. The river and the swamps both attract wildlife, particularly during Tanzania’s dry season. The park is unquestionably known for having some of Africa’s largest herds of elephants. After breakfast, drive to Serengeti National Park via Ngorongoro Conservation Area, stopping for lunch along the way. The Serengeti National Park spans nearly 14,763 square kilometers and is famous for its dense predator population and annual migration of wildebeest. The name Serengeti comes from the Maasai word “Siringet,” which means “boundless plain” and refers to the former home of the Maasai tribe, who displaced the Datoga shepherds in the 17th century.
