DAY 1: KILIMANJARO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT TO ARUSHA
After clearing customs and immigration at Kilimanjaro International Airport/JRO or Arusha Airport/ARK, you will be met by your Lion view Tours guide who will drive you to your accommodation. The rest of the day is free for you to relax and enjoy the African atmosphere. (2 hours transfer) Your adventure begins in Arusha, where your dedicated safari guide will meet you at your pre-arranged hotel. From there, you’ll journey towards the magnificent Tarangire National Park, a haven renowned for its immense elephant herds and striking baobab trees. Engage in an exhilarating game drive, immersing yourself in the sights and sounds of this vibrant ecosystem. DAY 6: SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK TO NGORONGORO CRATER/ KARATU
After breakfast, depart for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, take lunch with you from the camp. Ngorongoro conservation area covers an area of 8,300 km2. UNESCO has designated the entire area as a World Heritage Site. Descend into the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. The entire day is devoted to game drives in the crater. The crater also has a wide range of environments and can be visited by all large herbivores, with the Ngorongoro Crater covering an area of 260 km2 and extending about 20 km in diameter. The Ngorongoro Conservation Area gets its name from its central feature, the Ngorongoro Crater, which is the world’s largest intact volcanic caldera and has evolved into an extraordinary natural sanctuary for some of the world’s densest populations.
